Please accept the calendar invitation before the day of your appointment. If no confirmation received by the day of, your appointment time may be released for someone else to use and you will have to reschedule (use the link in your email to prevent having to repay).

Payments are non-refundable. Appointments can be made up to 6 months from payment. Un-used service can be transferred.
