These Terms of Use apply to the courses, programs, digital materials and website offered by TOTAL Weight Care Institute® ("we," "us," "our"), including My M.E.M.O. Method™ (the "Course"). By purchasing, accessing or using any of our products or this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational purposes only

This is for education purposes only. This is not medical care and does not establish a physician-patient relationship. The information shared should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and participants are encouraged to seek guidance from their personal healthcare provider for individual medical needs or emergencies. Do not ignore or delay obtaining professional medical advice because of information accessed through or otherwise obtained from this course.

2. Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Introductory or promotional prices are available for a limited time and may change without notice.

Refund policy: Purchase is non-refundable whether the M.E.M.O. Method™ proprietary information has been accessed or not.

Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already made.

3. Your access

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access it for your own individual use. Please do not share your login, and do not copy, record, resell, distribute or publicly post any course videos, guides, journals or other materials.

4. Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, slides, guides, journals, text, graphics and the names My M.E.M.O. Method™, The M.E.M.O. Method™ and The 5 Ms of Metabolic Mastery™, is owned by TOTAL Weight Care Institute® and Catherine H. Toomer, M.D., and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No rights are granted except as stated in these Terms.

5. Community conduct

If you join any of our communities or live sessions, please be respectful and keep what other members share private. We may remove anyone whose conduct is harmful, abusive or disruptive.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our content is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOTAL Weight Care Institute®, Catherine H. Toomer, M.D., and their team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course or this website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Changes

We may update course content and these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
