Fill out the application for physician screening. 

If you are already on a GLP1, please know your dose in MILLIGRAMS (not units or milliliters only)

Dose provided in anything other than milligrams (mg) will be started at the beginning.

Applications received on evenings and weekends, will be processed the next business day.
From application screening to receiving your medication in the mail, may take up to a week or more.

Respond to phone calls, emails or texts from
Rx Harmony Pharmacy to complete your account.

Receive your medication in the mail 

This can take up to a week. Incomplete or inaccurate information will delay the porcess.

(the pharmacy support staff will personally guide you through every step)

Use the medication only as instructed

Know that the lowest dose is not expected to give any weight loss.  It is designed to protect you from side effects at higher doses.
